PRIVATE OR CORPORATE PARTIES

Your special event will be made even more special by hosting this important event at the Colorado Springs Event Center. Our dedicated event professionals will work with you to create that special atmosphere and ambiance to make your important event memorable.

 

  • You may bring in your own food or use the services of our exclusive caterer.

  • You may bring in your own beverages and alcohol or use the services of our preferred supplier.

  • You are free to decorate for your own event.

  • Event rentals are a twelve hour block; however you can always add additional time.

Packages

Private party packages are available with as few as 100 guests, up to 1,500 guests. Package prices include facility rental, staff costs, a dedicated security team and all rental items including tables, chairs, table covers, chair covers & ties, delivery, setup and taxes. Additional items that are available with additional fees include staging, lighting, risers, décor and more. Or you may choose the a- la-carte option. At the Colorado Springs Event Center, your rental block is a 12 hour rental which includes adequate time for decorating your event, running your event and event clean up.  In addition to your facility rental is a $500.00 security deposit which is fully refundable after the event if the facility is clean and all areas of the rental agreement are met.

Package 2: 250 Guests—$5,800.00

Package 3: 300 Guests—$6,300.00

Package 4: 350 Guests—$6,600.00

Package 5: 400 Guests—$7,200.00

Package 6: 450 Guests—$7,600.00                   

Package 7: Each Additional Guest over 450 people—$20 per person

 

Catering

All Food & Beverage Service on CSEC property and in its facilities is managed by the Colorado Springs Event Center Food & Beverage Services Department within the policies set by the Colorado Springs Event Center.

Concessions: Concessions within the Colorado Springs Event Center are operated by Bird Dog BBQ. CSEC has contracts with several specialty concessionaires for select indoor and outdoor events. Absolutely, no outside food or beverage is permitted within the Colorado Springs Event Center during public events.

Catering: Bird Dog BBQ holds the first right of refusal on catering within the Colorado Springs Event Center property. Outside catering may be permitted on a case by case basis. All catering must be arranged through the Colorado Springs Event Center Food & Beverage Services Department.

Alcohol: In accordance with Colorado State liquor licensing, absolutely no outside alcohol or beverage containers are permitted at the Colorado Springs Event Center without prior approval from the Colorado Springs Event Center Food & Beverage Services department and proper permitting for special events.

Deposit
A 50% deposit of the rental fee will be due at contract signing.  The remainder of the rental fee and a $500 security deposit will be due 30 days prior to the event. 

Rental Period
Colorado Springs Event Center rental periods for private events are 12 hour blocks from 12 noon until 12 midnight. Extra time is charged at $200 an hour.

Cleaning
Colorado Springs Event Center asks that all decorations are removed from the facility and that all trash generated by your event is placed in the proper receptacles.  Final cleaning is provided in your rental package.

 

Insurance
Proof of Insurance is required for all events taking place within Colorado Springs Event Center facilities. Colorado Springs Event Center, RJ Promotions and Dunton Commercial must be listed as additional insured – your event manager will provide you with more details.

Food & Beverage

The Colorado Springs Event Center does have an exclusive caterer; however arrangements may be arranged for a food buyout. All food and beverage arrangements must be approved by the Colorado Springs Event Center Food and Beverage Department

Decorations
Rentals and decorations from outside vendors are permitted. Decorations must be hung with painters tape – the use of nails or tacks on facility walls, pillars or other surfaces is prohibited.

Cancellations
All deposits are nonrefundable.
